As a Partner Success Manager (m/f/d) at Noxtua, you will take ownership of our strategic publishing partnerships across 5–6 European markets. Your responsibilities begin once a deal is closed: you manage the partner journey end-to-end, act as the primary point of contact, coordinate internal workstreams, and ensure smooth collaboration without any sales, upselling, or cross‑selling.
You consolidate partner needs, track market trends, translate requirements into actionable workflows, and contribute directly to product development through structured feedback loops. Your work strengthens long-term relationships and ensures the continued success of our publishing ecosystem.

Your responsibilities
Manage and grow publishing partnerships across 5–6 European markets
Serve as the first point of contact for all partner questions
Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams (Legal, Product, CEO, internal teams)
Gather, structure, and communicate partner requirements
Manage operational onboarding for new publishing partners
Monitor market developments andidentifypartner‑relevant trends
Provide strategic insights to Product teams
Ensure consistent trust‑building and long-term satisfaction
No sales responsibilities (no up-/cross-selling)
About you
Fluent English (C2); French is an advantage
Residency/working permit in/for one of the following countries: Austria, Croatia, Germany, Poland
or Slovakia)University degree required
Proven project management skills (consulting-like, internships or prior roles)
Ideally: background in consulting or similar analytical environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Able to work independently and drive initiatives forward
Interest in tech, legal topics, or legal ai (experience is a plus)
Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset
