BERLIN, September 4, 2025 – AI company Noxtua, developer of Europe's sovereign Legal AI, is strengthening its management team with the addition of renowned digital specialist Dr Robert Kilian.

Dr. Robert Kilian is now Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at Europe's sovereign Legal AI Noxtua. He is considered one of Europe's most renowned legal experts in the field of technology and the digital economy. The specialist in digital regulation and quality assurance for AI systems has previously served as a member of the supervisory board and general counsel at fintech company N26, as well as co-founder and CEO of compliance startups CertifAI and Beams. He is currently a member of the board of the German AI Association and a lecturer in digital regulation at Humboldt University in Berlin. In recent years, the author of numerous scientific publications on European AI law has earned a reputation as a pioneer in building, scaling, and leading legal, compliance, and policy departments in fast-growing technology companies, successfully guiding organizations through several growth phases. In his newly created position at Noxtua, he brings his many years of in-depth expertise in managing legal teams, AI regulation, testing, and compliance of AI systems to bear and is responsible for the entire legal strategy, including product regulation, AI compliance, and data protection, at Europe's sovereign Legal AI.
