Dr Robert Kilian is Chief Legal Officer at Noxtua, Europe’s leading sovereign Legal AI. The legally compliant and competent AI helps legal professionals to research legal issues and review and draft legal documents. The specialist in AI regulations and quality assurance for AI systems has previously served as a member of the supervisory board and general counsel at fintech company N26, as well as co-founder and CEO of compliance startups CertifAI and Beams. He is currently a member of the board of the German AI Association and a lecturer in digital regulation at Humboldt University in Berlin. At the legal tech company formerly known as Xayn, he is responsible for legal strategy, including product regulation, AI compliance, and data protection.
The legal expert holds a doctorate in law and studied in Heidelberg, Cologne, St. Gallen and the German Army Officer School. He lives with his family in Berlin.
