Beck-Noxtua is committed to making the Legal AI Workspace at www.beck-noxtua.de accessible in accordance with the applicable national accessibility legislation (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – (BFSG) and Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz-Verordnung (BFSGV)).
Description of the Service
Beck-Noxtua is a Legal AI Workspace for lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, in-house counsel, and the judiciary and public administration. Using a user account, users research legal content, have an AI system trained specifically for legal use cases analyze matters, and generate documents with AI support. The service is accessed via a browser; results are provided in text and document formats, including as PDF or Word files.
Applicable Legal Requirements
The accessibility requirements are outlined in the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG), particularly in Section 14 of the BFSG combined with Section 3(1) of the BFSG, as well as in the underlying Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz-Verordnung (BFSGV). The specific technical measures are based on the harmonized standards, the references to which are published in the Official Journal of the EU (EN 301 549).
Content with Barriers
Noxtua is working hard to ensure that its websites and applications are accessible in terms of perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness.
The content listed below is not yet accessible:
Visitors to the website who use a screen reader or keyboard navigation may encounter graphical elements that are not accessible.
Documents generated by the AI assistant may have properties that limit accessibility.
Responses generated by the AI assistant are not displayed all at once; instead, they appear progressively as they are generated ("streaming"). This dynamic, continuously updating content is not fully accessible to screen reader users.
